Alan Rogers Review
This site is part of the Dordogne Vacances group of campsites in the Lot and Corrèze regions of France. It is situated in the lovely little town of Bretenoux, just next to the River Cere and in the Valley of the Dordogne. This is a tranquil campsite where you can relax, and is ideal for exploring the region. There are 135 pitches of which 55 are used for mobile homes and framed tents. The remaining 80 are for caravans, motorcaravans and tents. Pitches are of average size, level and semi-divided by trees and shrubs which offer some shade. All have electricity (6A). There is not a great deal of entertainment, and the swimming pool is unheated, so we do not see this primarily as a family site.
Snack bar (July/Aug). Swimming and paddling pool. Play area. Pétanque. Washing machines. WiFi in reception area.

From Brive take the D38 towards Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne and St Cere, then Bretenoux. Site is well signed in Breteoux on entering the town and is behind a boarded up hotel.
