Alan Rogers Review
Camping Diana is a small site with 40 pitches, 15 of which are under dense tree cover and are only suitable for tents. The remaining 25 are located off a steep concrete road in small open areas and pitch size will be small at best. Access for large caravans could be problematic. There are three pitches at the entrance suitable for large motorhomes and caravans over 8 meters. There are 3 other larger pitches on site for outfits over 8 meters. Each has a 10A electricity supply nearby. Despite being rather dated, it is a pleasant site and located very close to the archaeological site of ancient Olympia with its museums and other attractions.
The town of Olympia is about a 10-minute walk from the campsite and is home to the UNESCO World Heritage site of the same name. The archaeologically important site was home to the ancient Olympic Games and the Olympic flame is still lit in modern Olympia before embarking on its journey to the host country every four years.
The single toilet block is dated, but clean. Washing machine. Small mini-market selling essentials and fresh bread. Swimming pool. Snack bar serving breakfast, snacks, drinks & coffee. Bar. WiFi.

Site is to the west of the town, 200 m. from the centre. Go through the town and past the station, then turn right. At the back of the town signs up the hill lead to the site.
