Alan Rogers Review of Camping de PenHoat
This small rural campsite is set in two acres of trees, shrubs and well tended flowerbeds. The 87 touring pitches are level, grassy, generous in size and separated by hedges and/or small trees. The 58 pitches with electricity (5/10A) may need long leads. The 40 mobile homes are mostly separated from the touring pitches. There are also six traditional gîtes for hire. The pleasant wooden chalet-style bar and takeaway has a covered terrace. Kayaks can be hired at the campsite. The long sandy beach is 300 m. away. And for lovers of wildlife, the protected Mousterlin nature reserve is next to the campsite.
This site is ideally situated for walking and cycling on the excellent and safe paths of the ‘Mousterlin marise’ where a large variety of birds, plants and wildlife can be seen. Within a short drive you can visit the cathedral city of Quimper or the fishing port of Concarneau with its old walled town and large busy market that is held every Friday.

Site is 5 km. south of Fouesnant. Turn off N165 at Coat Cong signed Concarneau and Fouesnant. Join D45 signed Beg-Meil and shortly turn right on D145 signed Mousterlin. Site signed in 5 km.
