A member of the Aquadis Loisirs group who specialise in countryside holidays, Camping de Fréaudour is located in the Haute-Vienne region of Limousin. This peaceful site is situated in a wood on sloping ground and is next to Saint-Pardoux lake and village. The 107 grassy touring pitches (min. 80 sq.m) are separated by trees and shrubs which give some shade and have electricity (10/16A Europlug). There are ten chalets and 20 mobile homes to rent. Visitors have direct access to the lake, where they can relax on the lake beach and enjoy a wide variety of water-based activities and sports.
Saint-Pardoux is a major tourist attraction covering 330 hectares with the lake at the heart of the forest. It is perfect for outdoor activities with three beaches with lifeguards (July and August), three hiking circuits for walking, along with fishing, horse riding and mountain biking facilities and a tree climbing course. There are signed walking and cycling routes around the lake and marked hiking trails and circuits from six to 27 km. Haute-Vienne is famous for its cuisine, historical buildings and the natural environment whilst excursions to historic castles and other places of interest, including the porcelain and enamel of Limoges, are possible.
