Alan Rogers Review
This is a site with a typical Italian flavour and rather a large number of permanent pitches. There are 265 pitches available for touring units, with 3A electricity, randomly positioned amongst them. It is an ideal site to learn Italian and mingle with the locals. Under a full canopy of tall pines, the site is undulating on fairly soft sand with lots of terracing but a lack of directional signs makes it quite confusing. There is direct access to a great sandy beach which shelves gently into the sea. The restaurant is partly self-service and offers an uncomplicated menu. We would not recommend this site for visitors with mobility problems and it can be dusty.
The central amenities area is of a very traditional, basic nature. There are limited leisure activities on site so visitors are left to entertain themselves.
Six traditional sanitary blocks are positioned throughout the site. Some British but mainly Turkish style toilets. Hot showers (charged), mostly unisex. Washing machines. Small bazaar and market. Bar and restaurant. Direct beach access. Dogs are not accepted.
