This site is for mobile home accommodation only. There are no touring pitches here. Lou Pignada is a large, well equipped family campsite close to the beaches of the southern Landes. There are 430 mobile homes with 200 available to rent. The campsite is attractively located in a pine forest, offering shade to the accommodation. The large pool complex has one indoor pool (heated), an outdoor pool that also incorporates large water slides, and paddling pools, jacuzzi and a spa. A comfortable bar, restaurant and pizzeria offer reasonably priced drinks, meals and snacks and there is a well stocked supermarket. In July and August a comprehensive sports and entertainment programme is organised. A free shuttle bus for the beach has been introduced for the 2015 season.

Evening entertainment includes regular dance evenings and concerts. A number of footpaths and cycle tracks lead into the forest and run close to the site (including the long distance GR8). The region is possibly best known for its beaches, the closest of which is around 1.5 km. from the site if you take the cycle path.

Approaching Messanges from the north continue through centre of village on the D652 (site signed). At roundabout turn left on C3 toward Azur and site is 400 m. on the right.
