In the Petite Suisse region of Luxembourg, an area of limestone gorges which is popular with climbers and hikers, this attractive and peaceful family run site would make a good base from which to explore the eastern side of this tiny country. Located at the edge of the village of Berdorf, the site is gently sloping with a central tarmac roadway. The 56 pitches for touring are mostly arranged in bays of four, each on a small terrace, and all have a 16A electric hook-up. Most are fairly open, a few have a little shade. A separate area is provided for tents. Six pitches at the bottom of the site are adjacent to the playing field.
Activities for children are organised every Wednesday morning in high season. In the forest nearby, carved naturally in the limestone formations is an amphitheatre where concerts and other events are staged occasionally. The tourist town of Echternach is just 6 km.
