This small campsite on the edge of the village of Woensdrecht has views over meadows, orchards and polders and is close to forest and heathland. On the Brabant Wall in the south of the Netherlands, it is very close to the Belgian border and just 30 kilometres north of Antwerp. Pitches are in four small camping fields and 6A Europlugs are available. Walkers and cyclists will find a number of hiking trails and cycle routes in the area. Nearby Hoogerheide has a few shops and restaurants and historic Bergen op Zoom offers a wider choice, as well as a museum and a cultural centre.
Heading west, motorists can explore the lands and islands of the Scheldt estuary and visit the historic city of Middelburg, capital of the province of Zeeland. To the south, Antwerp is an easy drive away, and days out could even include a trip to wonderful Ghent or bustling Brussels. The motorway north takes you to Rotterdam.
