Alan Rogers Review
Au Bord de Loire is in the heart of the Loire valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a very simple and inexpensive site managed by students from the adjacent Tourism and Gardening College. There are 140 good sized, mostly level, marked but unseparated grass pitches. Of these, 135 are used for touring units and all are equipped with 10A electricity, water and a drain. There are good views over the River Loire but only a little shade. Access is easy for large units.
One large (access by steps) toilet block and two smaller satellite blocks used in high season. Facilities for disabled campers. Motorcaravan services. Large play area.
