Nestled in the rolling hills of the Rheinland on the outskirts of Kastellaun is this unique campsite. Tucked away behind the Burgstadt Hotel are 99 large level pitches all with 16A electricity, water and drainage. The well marked pitches are in small areas with tree and shrub protection. But what makes this a unique site are the flight simulators that are available guests use - choose between a Boeing 737 jet liner or a Cessna. The hotel offers all the usual services and the site is beautifully maintained and manicured. Close to Koblenz and both the Rhine and Moselle rivers. The site offers endless opportunities for cyclist and walkers or those you just want to sit and enjoy the country views.
Whilst the flight simulator offers various flying opportunities, the hotel also has a sauna, bar, restaurant and garden terrace. The campsite has use of all the facilities including tennis courts, community room, and business centre. No children under 14 allowed. Electricity is charged per KWH.
Facilities
One excellent sanitary block provides WCs, wash basins and showers. Laundry. Motorhome service point. Community room. Bar and restaurant in the hotel. Tennis court.

Directions
From the north A61 exit "Emmelshausen", then turn left towards Kastellaun or Hahn Airport. From the south A61 exit "Laudert", then left. NOTE: Behind Laudert, please do NOT follow the turn instructions of your navigator in the direction of "Bubach", but simply continue to the right in the direction of Kastellaun.As you enter the town there are signs to both the hotel and the campsite. The hotel is set back from the road and the campsite is not initially visible.
