Alan Rogers Review
British Waterways have taken the lease for this park which is conveniently located alongside the Bath to Bristol cycle path. The site is within walking distance of the city (if you are feeling energetic) and close to a park-and-ride facility. There are 64 pitches of varying sizes interspersed with grass, flowering trees and bushes; every pitch has a concrete hardstanding with a 16A electricity connection. There is no shop (except some basic camping equipment and gas exchange), however visitors can order newspapers, milk and bread at reception to be delivered to their pitch the next morning.
Meals are available at the Boathouse Inn, just a short walk along the river path.
Two fan-heated buildings provide toilets, washbasins (with privacy curtain in ladies), showers and hairdryers. Some toilets have been modified for use by disabled visitors. Large laundry. Gas exchange. Waste water points beside main access road in walled area. Boat launching (free) from Marina.

Park is off the A4 (Bristol-Bath). From Bristol, stay on the A4 towards Bath, at roundabout (A39) continue for 1.3 miles (keep left as the road forks), cross the river and turn right just past garage into Brassmill Lane and park is 100 yds. on the right.
