Alan Rogers Review
Situated in the verdant countryside of the Swabian Alb and within reach of the state capital, Stuttgart, this site may be a good choice for families seeking plenty of activities for children. The large outdoor pool is supplemented by an activity programme in July and August. Many of the facilities have been upgraded for the 2015 season, including a new reception with shop and a new play area and beach volleyball court. There are 150 level grassy touring pitches, some shaded, 120 with 16A Europlugs. The many opportunities for excursions include the famous Baren and Nebel caves, and the deepest lake in the world, the Blautopf.
Toilet facilities include provision for baby changing and disabled visitors. Launderette. Motorcaravan services. Supermarket. Restaurant with terrace. Library. Outdoor swimming pool. Playground. Activities for children (in summer). Garden chess. Beach volleyball. Summer toboggan run. WiFi.
