A spacious site with just 233 pitches, Les Galets is a very clean and well cared for site with colourful shrubs mixed amongst the mature hedging and trees. Easily accessed from one of the main roads into Argelès, it offers a good choice of touring pitches which are located close to reception and the majority of the facilities. A variety of mobile homes are located in another area of the site. The touring pitches are of generous proportions, level and quite well screened, all with electricity available within a few metres and water points close by. The range of facilities and activities provided on site offers something for most age groups.

Although the usual hustle and bustle of a holiday site exists, it is still a relaxing environment which is no doubt helped by its location, well distanced from the main road that gets very busy in the height of summer.

Facilities

Two toilet blocks are centrally located for the touring pitches and provision is more than adequate. Modern open aspect buildings provide some washbasins in cabins and accessible facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Shop. Bar with large terrace, restaurant and takeaway. Games room. Large swimming pool with slides. Sports and games area. Massage, beauty and hair care treatments. Indoor play room and organised activities. Miniclub (6-12 yrs, Easter and July/Aug). Free WiFi throughout.

Location

Leave A9 at exit 42 and head for Argelès joining the D914. Leave this road at exit 10 and follow signs for Plage Nord which takes you down route de Taxo. Site is on the left and well signed.
