Alan Rogers Review
This attractive, family run park gains in popularity because of its location 3 km. from Adare which is claimed to be Ireland’s prettiest village. It also makes an ideal overnight halt when travelling to or from the southwest of the country. A small park, set back from the busy N21 Tralee – Limerick road, it has an open layout with maturing shrubs and is screened by mature trees. There are 28 unnumbered, level pitches, of about 80-100 sq.m. Of these, 15 have hardstanding with 16A electricity, whilst the remainder are on grass and used mainly for tents. There are picnic tables and a farm walk provides scenic views and good dog walking.
A modern building at the entrance houses reception.
The heated toilet block is well tiled and houses spacious well fitted showers, washbasins and hand/hair dryers. Baby changing room and facilities for disabled visitors (washbasin and WC). Laundry room. Campers’ kitchen with cooker and sandwich toaster. Hot tub (charge). Play area. Night lighting.
