Le Ranolien has been attractively developed around a former Breton farm – everything here is either made from, or placed on or around the often massive pink rocks. Of the 520 pitches 110 are for touring, mostly large and flat, but some quite small, all with electricity (10A) and some with water and drainage. The rest of the site is taken up with mobile homes and chalets for hire and several tour operators. The site is on the coast, with beaches and coves within walking distance and there are spectacular views from some pitches.
Facilities
The main toilet block is heated in cool weather and has washbasins in cabins, mostly British style WCs and good showers, some spacious and with washbasins. Facilities for disabled visitors. Laundry. Motorcaravan service point. Supermarket and gift shop. Restaurant, crêperie and bar (all open all season). Indoor (all season) and outdoor (from end May) swimming pool complex. Wellness centre. Disco in high season. Minigolf. Games room. Play area. Cinema. Gym and steam room. Mobile homes for hire, including new ‘gypsy caravans’ and luxury chalets. Internet and WiFi (on payment).

Location
Getting there...
Perros-Guirec is 12 km. north of Lannion and 80 km. by road northeast of Roscoff. From Lannion take D788 to Perros-Guirec. Follow signs to ‘Centre Ville’ past main harbour area and then turn right along coast road (signed Centre Ville par la Corniche and Trégastel). Continue through north of town and on to village of La Clarté. After a sharp left hand bend site is immediately on the right.
