A lovely little site exclusively for adults, Woodville is in a sheltered situation, attractively laid out with a wide variety of shrubs and trees. There are 26 pitches all with hardstanding and 16A electricity. They are accessed by a circular roadway which provides a central lawned area. A caravan storage area is to one side. This is a quiet site with few services, although the park is adjacent to a garden centre which also sells food and drinks. Dainton Park golf course is directly opposite and Ipplepen village is within walking distance and has three pubs. The owners live on the site and take a pride in their park.

From Newton Abbot follow A381 Totnes road for about 3 miles. Site is on the right just after Fermoys Garden Centre. The site gate is kept closed. O.S.GR: SY296913.
