Witches Craig Caravan Park

Stirling, Stirling, Heart of Scotland

Alan Rogers Review

Witches Craig is a neat and tidy park, nestling under the Ochil Hills. All 60 pitches have electricity (10A) and hardstanding, seven of these being large (taking American style motorhomes easily). Reasonably level, the park covers five well maintained acres with the grass beautifully manicured. Being by the A91, there is some daytime road noise. Trees have been planted to try to minimise this but the further back onto the park you go, the less the traffic is heard. The area has a wealth of historic attractions, starting with the Wallace Monument which practically overlooks the park. Its 220 ft. tower dominates the surrounding area and the climb up its 246 steps gives spectacular views. Stirling is known as the ‘Gateway to the Highlands’ and its magnificent castle is world renowned.
