Whitecliff Bay is a very large complex divided by a road, with a holiday home and chalet park on the right-hand side (230 units), and a touring site on the left-hand side (429 pitches). The large touring site is on a sloping hillside with commanding views over the surrounding countryside. The pitches are spread over three fields, the top and second fields are terraced, but field three is quite level. Most of the pitches have electricity hook-ups (16A), and there are 42 gravel hardstandings, 12 in the top field, the remainder in lowest field. There are just 18 individual hedged multi-serviced pitches available, so book early if these appeal.
Facilities
Three sanitary units, one on the lower part of the site. The other two are fairly close together, not far from reception. Showers and a suite (with shower) for disabled campers. A second suite with a hip bath/shower is at the lower block with a similar facility to serve as a baby/family room. Motorcaravan service point. Small shop with reception. Playground. At the holiday home park: Launderette, hairdresser and second larger shop. The Culver Club. Snack bars. Swimming pool (18x18 m, Whitsun-end Aug). Indoor fun pool with jacuzzi, sauna, sunbed and soft play zone (under eights). Most facilities open Mar-Oct. Free WiFi on the main site. Fully equipped tents to rent. Full programme of activities and entertainment for all ages.

Getting there...
Bembridge is at the eastern end of the island. From the A3055 between Ryde and Sandown, turn east at Brading on B3395 for 2 miles passing the Airfield and Propeller Club, fork right (site signed). Follow signs to site, first entry on right is static area, touring entrance is on left immediately after. O.S.GR: SZ635865.
