Alan Rogers Review
This pleasant, small park (45 pitches) is family owned and set in the grounds of an old country house which was once frequently visited by Dr Arnold, the subject of Tom Brown’s Schooldays. Watch out for the brown squirrels! The owners have terraced the grass area for touring units and have created 31 large and level, well spaced, fully serviced hardstanding pitches all with impressive views over the Solent. The remaining 14 pitches on a sloping grass area are for caravans and tents – these have no electricity. To one side there are 75 private and rental holiday homes. At the bottom of the park, a gate leads onto the promenade and the pebble beach which is popular with sailors and windsurfers.
