Le Mimose is a quiet site in the centre of the town, surrounded by a three metre wall and tall holiday flats. There are 260 grassy or sandy pitches with 128 for touring, all with electricity (6A). The touring pitches, scattered around the holiday apartments, are surrounded by hedges and mature trees giving good shade, which may be a little claustrophobic. The short walk to the sandy beach is very pleasant. There is a small market and bazaar, May to September, and a bar and restaurant open all season.

From SS16 Adriatico in Porto Sant Elpidio follow well marked signs to site. Access through town difficult for large outfits.
