Vakantiepark Westerbergen is beautifully situated in the picturesque region of Drenthe. The campsite is divided into two different areas, the campsite itself and the residential park. There are 373 pitches of which 335 are for touring. All pitches have electricity (6-16A) and 172 are equipped with water, drainage and cable TV connections. Mostly on a separate field, the marked pitches are of a good size. In the centre of the site there is a fishing pond. During holiday times an entertainment team organises activities, for example survival exercises, children’s theatre, treasure hunts, discos and much more. The site’s swimming pool is heated and covered.

From the A28 (Hoogeveen/Groningen) take exit for Zuidwolde and Echten (25). At crossing turn left towards Echten and at T-junction turn right (de Leeuweveenseweg), then left (de Echtenseweg) towards Echten. At T-junction turn left (follow signs for site) and in the village turn left and site is 1 km.
