Alan Rogers Review
Only a mile from Llangollen, Ty Ucha has a rather dramatic setting, nestling under its own mountain and with views across the valley to craggy Dinas Bran castle. It is a neat, ordered park, carefully managed by the owner and providing 40 pitches (30 with 10A electrical hook-up) for caravans and motorcaravans only (tents are not accepted). They are well spaced around a large, grassy field with an open centre for play. One side slopes gently and is bounded by a stream and wood in which a nature trail has been made. Because of overhead cables, kite flying is forbidden; no bike riding either.
