Townsend Touring & Caravan Park

Leominster, Herefordshire, Heart of England

Alan Rogers Review

This is a modern, family run campsite hidden in a natural dip next to a working farm, but within a short walk of Pembridge. It has tarmac roads, good site lighting, well spaced pitches and a drive-over motorcaravan service point. There is plenty of open space and a small fishing lake with ducks (completely unfenced). There are 60 pitches in total, 23 with gravel hardstanding, the remainder on grass, and all have access to electricity hook-up (16A), water and drainage. Reception is at the farm shop by the entrance, stocking a wide variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs; a butchery section has farm produced meats. New for 2010 were three standard and one jumbo sized pods for rent. A member of the Best of British group.
