Alan Rogers Review
Situated in the southern suburbs of Luzern and with easy autoroute access, this site is a very convenient base for visiting what is quite deservedly a popular tourist area. The level, grassed site provides 100 touring pitches with electricity, separated into rows by trees and hedges. It is dominated by the Pilatus mountains, over 2,000 metres high. The peaks and mountain top restaurants offer fantastic views and can be reached by cable car on the steepest cog railway in the world from Alpnachstad. Access to the lake from the site is over a wooden walkway which passes through a small protected nature area.
