Südsee-Camp in the Lüneburger Heide is a large well organised holiday centre where children are especially well catered for. Südsee has its own brochures that include walking, cycling and car tours. There are 497 touring pitches of varying types and sizes, all with electricity and fresh water, drainage and TV connection. Modern sanitary blocks are well maintained and contain all necessary facilities, including some areas specially built for children. Although centred around a large sandy shored lake, complete with shipwreck, the main swimming attraction is the South See Tropical swimming pool. A member of Leading Campings group.

From A7 autobahn take exit 45 towards Bergen and Celle on the B3 (campsite is signed). After 6 km. turn left (site again signed).
