Alan Rogers Review
This picturesque and tranquil site is ideally situated for an overnight stop where you are guaranteed a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. Formerly a Caravan Club site, it is set in the rural grounds of the Stanford Hall Estate, just a mile from the M1. There are 123 pitches (30 of which are seasonal), 80 on grass and 43 on hardstanding, all with 16A electricity. There are no shower or toilet facilities on the park, so your unit must be self contained. The site experiences high levels of repeat bookings so you are advised to contact them in advance of busy weekends to avoid being disappointed.
Facilities
There are no toilets or shower facilities on site which means each unit must be totally self-contained. Tents are not accepted. A small shop sells basics. Newspapers can be ordered daily. Motorcaravan services. Picnic tables. Information room.
