Alan Rogers Review
Situated 4 km. west of the town of Gemünden, with views of forested hills bordering the Main river, this is a very friendly, well organised, family run site, with excellent facilities. Frau Endres welcomes British guests and speaks a little English. There are 100 pitches, 70 of which are for touring. They vary in size (70-150 sq.m) and all have 10A electricity, 20 also with water. Another area has been developed for tents. The site has a pleasant bar with a terrace. Meals can be ordered from local restaurants for delivery or the site’s bus will provide transport. The site shop sells necessities, plus local schnapps and full-bodied Franconian wine.
