South Meadows is set in the north Northumberland countryside, within walking distance of the village of Belford with its market cross and old coaching inn. Covering six acres of level grass, there are 150 hardstanding pitches, most with electricity (13A), water and TV aerial point. At present 60 pitches are available for touring units. A further area can accommodate 50 tents. The manager is environmentally aware and encourages recycling. Determined that visitors have a relaxing holiday, he will site your caravan using his own towing equipment. There is an area especially for disabled visitors with wider paths and safety features including a 24 hour telephone directly to the manager’s home on site.
