South Breazle Holidays

Okehampton, Devon, West Country

Alan Rogers Review

Tucked away down a half mile long Devon lane is a rather special campsite. Purpose built by Steve and Louise, who own and run South Breazle farm, the site is spacious with large pitches around the edge of a well mowed field, accessed by a circular roadway. Pitches are marked with young hedging and all named, e.g. Badgers’s Den or Squirrel’s Secret. Yes, you may spot a squirrel in the magnificent tall trees which edge the field but do not block the views across the rolling Devon countryside. In all there are 29 large pitches (180 sq.m), 23 with 16A electricity and water, and some with hardstanding. There are places for backpackers as well.
