Alan Rogers Review
Somers Wood is a quiet, peaceful park, attractively situated amongst pine trees. This is a very pleasant park which only accepts adults and does not take tents. It is especially useful for those visiting the various shows at the NEC when it can get very busy. From the reception building at the entrance, an oval gravel road provides access to 48 pitches, all on hardstanding and with 10A electricity hook-ups. Areas of woodland, carpeted with flowers in summer, surround the site and partition it into small intimate areas that create a rural feel.
Facilities
The central, heated, completely refurbished sanitary block is fully equipped, with facilities for disabled visitors. Shower cubicles are especially large. Two dishwashing sinks on the veranda area. Laundry service at reception. WiFi on payment.
