Alan Rogers Review
Le Bois Dormant is on the outskirts of the pleasant, modern resort of St Jean-de-Monts with its shops, bars, restaurants and market, just 3 km. from the beach. The site is well managed, with a full programme of activities (so it can be noisy, sometimes late at night). Parents of young children should be aware that there is a small lake on the site. The site has 500 pitches, most occupied by privately-owned mobile homes. Well kept hedges and mature trees give shade and privacy, although some more open pitches are also available for sun lovers. This site can be expected to be very busy for most of the season, with many organised activities for children of all ages. There is plenty to do for teenagers here, including visits to Oceanile aqua park and Atlantic Toboggan.

Getting there...
Site is well signed from roundabout at southeast end of the St Jean-de-Monts bypass (CD38). Follow signs off the roundabout to ’centre ville’ and site is about 500 m. on the left.
