Schloss-Camping

Volders, Tirol, West

Alan Rogers Review

The Inn valley is a very beautiful and popular part of Austria. Volders, some 15 km. from Innsbruck, is one of the little villages on the banks of the Inn river and is perhaps best known for its 17th-century Baroque Servite Church and monastery. Conveniently situated here is the very pleasant Schloss-Camping, dominated by the castle from which it gets its name, and which towers at the back of the site with views of the mountains across the Inn valley. The 160 numbered grass pitches are on level or slightly sloping ground. Electricity connections throughout (16A, long leads may be necessary).
