Sant’Angelo Village

Cavallino-Treporti, Veneto, North East

Alan Rogers Review

Sant’Angelo Village is aptly named. It is a large site, built around a central square where a restaurant, shops, bar and an information centre with booking service for excursions can be found. The site is well planned and includes a beach bar servicing the sports areas and a fine sandy beach with lifeguards. There are 600 mostly shaded, level pitches, but a large proportion are taken by seasonal units and tour operators. Those for tourers are mainly around the perimeter of the site, necessitating a long walk to the centre. Although large, the site has a friendly atmosphere and is ideal for families with young children and campers with mobility problems. The staff here are fluent in several languages including English.
