Saint Margaret’s Beach Caravan & Camping Park

Rosslare Harbour, Co. Wexford, South East

Alan Rogers Review

‘This park is loved’, was how a Swedish visitor described this family-run, environmentally-friendly caravan and camping park, the first the visitor meets near the Rosslare ferry port. Landscaping with flowering containers and maze-like sheltered camping areas and a pretty sanitary block all demonstrate the Traynor family’s attention to detail. Most pitches give shelter from the fresh sea breeze and ferries can be seen crossing the Irish sea. Just metres away, the safe, sandy beach (part of the Wexford coastal path) curves around in a horseshoe shape ending in a small pier and slipway. Tourist information on the area is provided in the well stocked shop.
