Alan Rogers Review
The park is marketed as River Dart Adventures, where campsite and adventure experiences are enjoyed by old and young from all over Europe. It does become busy at weekends and school holidays with supervised activities for seven year olds and upwards, such as climbing and canoeing. The camping and caravanning area is in open parkland overlooking the woods and is mainly on a slight slope with some shade from mature trees. There are 185 individual pitches of very reasonable size, marked by lines on the grass, some slightly sloping, with 105 electrical connections (10/16A) and 12 hardstandings.
