Rekreatiecentrum Heumens Bos

Heumen, Gelderland, Central

Alan Rogers Review

The area around Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands, has large forests for walking or cycling, nature reserves and old towns to explore, as well as being quite close to Arnhem. The site covers 16 ha. and is open over a long season for touring families (no groups of youngsters allowed) and all year for bungalows. It offers 165 level, grass pitches for touring units, all with electricity (6A) and cable TV connections. Numbered but not separated, in glades of 10 and one large field, all have easy access with cars parked elsewhere. One small section for motorcaravans has some hardstandings.
