Het Horstmannsbos aims to attract people who want to holiday amidst nature and feel relaxed and comfortable in natural surroundings. It is an attractive, tranquil site in the woods near Gasselte. The site has some 180 pitches, of which 100 are for tourers. Arranged on level fields, taking between four and 20 units, there are 15 serviced pitches (water, electricity and drainage). To the rear of the site is a large field without electricity for tent campers, while on the far side there is a separate area for mobile homes, and to the right a bungalow park.

Getting there...
On A28, take exit 32 (Assen-Zuid) and continue east on N33. At crossing with N34, turn south towards Emmen. Turn east again towards Gasselte and follow site signs. Site is just outside Gasselte.
