Recreatiepark De Leistert

Roggel, Limburg, South

Alan Rogers Review

This large, long-established site in the wooded Limburg province of south Holland provides 1,200 pitches, of which 750 are touring pitches. With its varied amenities, the site would be a good choice for families with small children and teenagers. Most of the pitches are unseparated, arranged in hedged groups with tall, mature trees. They are serviced with electricity (4-10A), cable TV connections, water and drainage. Plenty of activities are possible with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lake (with a sandy beach) for boating and fishing, and bicycle hire. A recreation programme is organised for all ages in high season.
