Recreatiecentrum Zandpol

Zandpol, Drenthe, North

Alan Rogers Review

De Zandpol is an attractively landscaped site with many varieties of trees and shrubs and fairly open pitches (some with shade at the back). Pitching is on level, grassy areas, each taking 12-15 units, with access from tarmac roads. The numbered pitches are 120 sq.m. in size and partly separated by hedges and bushes. There are 27 pitches with 10A electricity, water and waste water. All fields have some play equipment. To the front of the site is a small animal farm, and next to it a heated, open-air pool and small paddling pool. Central to the site is a comfortable garden café, more like a living room, with a library, darts, billiards and open-air terrace.
