Recreatiecentrum Bergumermeer

Sumar, Friesland, North

Alan Rogers Review

Recreatiecentrum Bergumermeer’s location beside the Bergum lake, makes it ideal for lovers of watersports, with sailing, surfing and canoeing available, as well as swimming from two sandy beaches. There is also a large, heated indoor swimming pool with fun paddling pool and an indoor play hall. The site provides 300 good sized, flat touring pitches for both caravans and tents, some having attractive views over the Prinses Margrietkanaal and the surrounding countryside, others with views over the lake. All pitches are fully serviced with 10A electricity, water and drainage, and there are ten large hardstandings.
