You are assured of a good welcome at this site and much recent attention has been paid to the layout of the park with floral areas around the buildings and the separation of rented accommodation and touring pitches. There are 300 good sized, level, grassy pitches marked out by trees giving plenty of shade. There are 260 for touring units, all with 6A electricity, and 86 with full services. Canoe trips are arranged down the Gorge d’Ardèche and annually a large section of the river bank next to the site is cleared of boulders and sand put down. Security patrols ensure quiet nights. There is an emphasis on families and whilst there is good entertainment and activity available on site, there are a number of other providers within easy reach.
Facilities
Two well equipped toilet blocks, one new and one refurbished, with baby room and facilities for disabled visitors. Shop, attractive restaurant, pizzeria and bar (1/4-1/10). Heated swimming pool (1/4-1/10) and sunbathing area. Play area. Tennis. Fishing. Organised activities. Recreation room in restored medieval building. Bicycle hire. WiFi (charged). Very useful information leaflet. given on arrival. Only gas barbecues are permitted. Max. 1 dog.

Going south from Ruoms on the D579, after 2.5 km. at roundabout, turn right on D111 signed Alès. After 1 km. cross river bridge and site is 200 m. on the left.
