Preikestolen Camping

Jørpeland, Rogaland, South

Alan Rogers Review

Taking its name from one of Norway’s best known attractions, the Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) cliff formation, Preikestolen Camping is situated in the beautiful region of Rogaland, surrounded by high mountains and deep fjords. This is a site where you could easily stay a few days to explore the beautiful region. The friendly owners are happy to help with maps and guidance. The site is laid out in a relaxed way with an open, level grass area where trees and bushes create pleasant little ‘rooms’ for your tent, caravan or motorcaravan. There are 100 pitches, 56 with electricity (10/16A), water tap and waste water drainage.
