Set in pleasant undulating farmland in the heart of the Golden Valley, Poston Mill Park is a mile from the delightful village of Peterchurch. It is an ideal location for relaxation or exploring. There are currently 43 touring pitches set on level grass or hardstanding with mature trees around the perimeter of the park. All pitches are fully serviced with electricity (16A), water and TV connections (leads for hire), and new in 2010, an area set aside for tents. An attractive walk along one side of the park, edging the River Dore (fishing available), follows the line of the old Golden Valley railway. Adjoining the park is The Mill licensed restaurant (takeaways available) and a general store selling a range of produce and newspapers. A member of the Best of British group.
