Now part of the Park Holidays group, Peppermint Park is a green oasis in a popular holiday area. Extensive, green, sloping fields edged with mature trees have been partly terraced to give level pitches for caravans and some more informal areas that cater for tents. There are 90 holiday homes (many privately owned but some to rent) along with timber lodges to rent close to a small fishing lake. There are 75 touring pitches, 60 with 16A electricity, which are marked and numbered. Tarmac roads thread through the site giving easy access to all areas. Visitors staying at Peppermint Park can use all the facilities at nearby Dawlish Sands and Golden Sands, also part of the Park Holidays Group.

Getting there...
Leave the M5 at exit 30 and take A379 Dawlish road. Pass through Starcross (7 miles) then turn left to Dawlish Warren just before Dawlish. Continue for 1.5 miles down hill and park is on left in 300 yds. O.S.GR: SX978788.
