Parque de Campismo Porto Covo

Porto Covo, Setubal, Alentejo

Alan Rogers Review

This is a site in a popular, small seaside resort where a fairly large proportion of the pitches are occupied by Portuguese units. However, it has a reasonable sense of space as you pass the security barrier to reception which is part of an uncluttered and attractively designed village square area with some well established apartments for rent. The pitches are somewhat small but are hedged, reasonably level, all have electricity (5A), and are shaded. The beaches are a short walk and feature steep cliffs and pleasant sandy shores.

Location

Getting there...
From E120-1 Cercal - Sines road (the road changes from the E120 at Tanganheira). Turn left (southwest) to Porto Covo and follow site signs. Do not be surprised to be led through a new housing estate. Look for large white-water tower with site logo.
