Alan Rogers Review
Moss Wood is a well established park set in a secluded rural location near the village of Cockerham. You can be sure of a friendly welcome from the park wardens Ian and Sandra when you arrive. A sheltered field has 25 touring pitches on level hardstandings (steel pegs required) with 16A electricity. Most also have water and drainage. Screened from the touring area by a high fence so not visually intrusive are 175 privately owned holiday homes. A purpose-built log cabin houses reception and a shop which sells basic supplies. Although there are passing places, the approach road to the park is narrow so care should be taken.
