Strensall is only a few miles from York, one of England’s most attractive cities and Moorside Caravan Park will provide a peaceful haven after a day’s sightseeing. Children (under 16) are not accepted at this park. It will impress you with its pretty fishing lake, many flowers and the tranquillity (except for the odd passing daytime train). There are 53 marked touring pitches on neat well trimmed grass, most with electricity (6/10A) and 22 with paved hardstanding. The whole park is very well maintained making it a very pleasant environment. The small lake is well stocked for coarse fishing and the pitches bordering the lake are the most popular.

From A1237 York outer ring road follow signs for Earswick and Strensall. At Strensall follow Flaxton road. The park entrance is on the left past signs to Strensall village and York Golf Club. O.S.GR: SE648612.
