Le Grand Lierne is part of the FrancLoc group, and is fairly convenient for the A7 autoroute. It has 203 marked, stony pitches, 45 for touring units (6/10A electricity), separated by hedges and oak trees which offer varying amounts of shade. The site is clearly aimed at families with young children and has an attractive pool complex with several pools including a children’s fun pool and a covered heated pool for bathing in poor weather. The latest addition (2011) is a Disney style activity climb, close to the entrance, which children clearly adore.

Site signed from Chabeuil about 11 km. east of Valence. Best approached from south side of Valence via Valence ring road. D68 to Chabeuil. Site is off D125 to Charpey, 5 km. from Chabeuil, well signed.
