Near Ostend and convenient for the A18 motorway, this large, well-equipped and well-run site with 952 pitches caters particularly for families. There are many amenities including a heated pool complex, a range of sporting activities, and a children’s farm. The 469 touring pitches, all with electricity (10A), are in regular rows on flat grass in various parts of the site; 120 also have a water point and waste water drain. With many seasonal units and caravan holiday homes, the site becomes full during Belgian holidays and in July and August.

Seven modern, clean and well maintained toilet blocks include washbasins in cubicles, controllable showers and excellent facilities for families, young children and disabled visitors. Dishwashing and laundry rooms. Washing machines and dryers. Motorcaravan service point. Supermarket, bakery, restaurant, takeaway and café/bar (July/Aug). Swimming pools (heated and supervised) with slide, children’s pool and pool games (16/5-13/9). Bicycle hire. Tennis. Extensive adventure playgrounds. Multisport court. Minigolf. Location
Getting there...
Nieuwpoort is 19 km southwest of Ostend. From east on A18 (E40) take exit 4 (Middelkerke). Turn north towards Diksmuide on D369; in 2 km. turn right on N367 towards Nieuwpoort. Pass through Sint-Joris and the site is on the right. From west on A18 take exit 3 (Nieuwpoort) and at roundabout take third exit N356a (Westende Bad). At T junction, turn right on N367 to camspite on left.
