Kawan Village l’Hirondelle

Menglon, Drôme, Rhône Alpes

Alan Rogers Review

This is a natural, spacious and popular, family run site; you are assured of a good welcome. It lies in a beautiful valley, south of the Vercors mountains and the Vercors National Park, beside the River Bez. The 170 large to very large pitches, 112 for touring, are stony and slightly uneven (rock pegs advised). They lie in natural openings in woodland and some have views over the fields and hills beyond. For 2012 there are 53 new large pitches, some with good views and 16 have a private bathroom. All have electricity (3/6/10A) and long leads are advised.
